Best practice: store acceptance server-side (user id, time, IP, user agent, version). This page includes a server-post stub you can wire up.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by LIMIT SRL (also known as “LiMiT”).

2. The Service

LiMiT Quant provides a dashboard and API that publish daily “tickets” (signals/artifacts) for crypto markets. Tickets are locked by default. Access is provided via (a) key-based access and/or (b) credits-based unlocks.

3. Access model: Public, Credits, Keys

Public view: certain fields may display as locked.
Credits: credits can unlock access for a specific pair for the applicable UTC day (details shown in the UI at purchase/unlock time).
Keys: a valid API/access key can provide full access where enabled.

4. Research-only / no financial advice

The Service provides research-only outputs. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a solicitation to buy/sell any asset. You are solely responsible for execution, sizing, venue selection, fees, slippage, and risk.

5. Risk disclosure

Cryptoassets are volatile. You can lose some or all capital. Leverage/derivatives can amplify losses, including liquidation risk. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Accounts, keys, and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
You must not share, resell, publish, or redistribute keys or unlocked content unless you have explicit written permission.
You are responsible for all activity under your account/key.

7. Payments, credits, and delivery

Payments may be processed via manual crypto payment workflows. You are responsible for sending correct amounts, using the correct addresses, and including any required payment reference/memo/note as instructed in the UI. Access/credits may be granted after verification.

Pricing, pack sizes, and unlock costs can change and are the values shown to you at the time you initiate a purchase/unlock.

8. Refunds

Refund handling depends on the product type (credits vs. keys), delivery state, and applicable law. If refunds are offered for a particular purchase, the applicable rules will be shown in the checkout/receipt flow or a separate Refund Policy page.

9. License & intellectual property

The Service (UI, API, content format, code, branding, and ticket presentation) is owned by LIMIT SRL and protected by IP laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your internal use.

10. Prohibited use

Do not attempt to bypass locks/paywalls, or scrape in a way that degrades the Service.
Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary logic or models.
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity or in violation of sanctions/export controls.
Do not misrepresent affiliation with LIMIT SRL or LiMiT Quant.

11. Availability & changes

The Service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update tickets, formats, endpoints, or pricing. We may also update these Terms; if changes are material, we will require re-acceptance before continued access.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIMIT SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or created legal/security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Governing law

Unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection rules, these Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
